Shipping and Handling:Goods are normally dispatched on a Saturday. We use the First Class Royal Mail postal service.
Deliveries are made according to the Royal Mail's own service agreement.
Guarantee: Our products should reach you in good condition. If for any reason goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and then return the damaged goods in the original packaging. They will be replaced.

Returns Policy: In the unlikely event of a return being necessary, products will only be accepted if they are still in a saleable condition and within 1 calendar month of purchase. Refunds will only be made on the value of the product i.e. the cost of postage will be removed from the original invoice charge.
