MISS CLAIRE MOIR. I wrote and recorded this tune for Gerard Eden and Claire Moir on the occasion of their wedding in 2006. Unfortunately, I couldn't travel to New Zealand to be with them, so I sent a DVD of mountain scenes and this tune is one of the backing pieces. (See also G&C).

Elegance I wrote this tune after playing at many stately dance occasions in some of the loveliest ancestral homes in England. It is, as its title suggests, elegant. Hilary Herbert wrote the dance "The Refined Company" and suggested this tune.
